I work with a range of clients that present a variety of unique circumstances. However, there is a common thread, they’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or out of alignment with what matters most to them.
During our initial meeting we will discuss your specific areas of concern as well as assess if we are the right client/therapist fit. From here, we will be able to create your personalize treatment plan and discuss how it can best work into your day-to-day life.

I do not accept insurance. I do provide a superbill for clients to submit to their insurance companies for reimbursement for out of network (OON) care.
I have partnered with Thrizer to handle the out-of-network process automatically for you if you prefer. With Thrizer, you will only have to pay a copay for our sessions once your deductible has been met, instead of paying my full fee and waiting for reimbursements. This typically allows clients to save on average 70% upfront on our sessions. Prior to our intake process, I can help you verify if you have out-of-network benefits and how much your copay would be so there are no surprises.
Please note the cancellation policy. If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment (or do not show with 15 minutes of your start time), and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charge a $75 late cancellation fee.
Good Faith Estimate. Clients by law have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of medical expenses within 1 day of services. Clients may submit requests via email at letitia@lvhtherapy.com with GFE in the subject line, and requests will responded to within 1 business day.
