• Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR)
  • EMDR therapy is designed to resolve unprocessed traumatic memories in the brain. It is unique in that it does not require talking about the trauma. EMDR can be used solo to address trauma or integrated with KAP or psychotherapy based on the client’s needs and desires. • Psychedelic assisted therapy with KAP
  • KAP, is offered in partnership with and only with an organization called Journey Clinical. KAP which is a holistic modality in which medicine is used as a complement to psychotherapy to help eligible clients experience more frequent breakthroughs and sustained improvement in symptoms. I take on the psychotherapy portion of the experience, while Journey Clinical’s medical team supports you on all medical aspects. This includes determining eligibility, developing a custom treatment plan, prescribing the medicine and monitoring outcomes. • Later-in-Life
  • An infrequently discussed area of distress for many are those making sense of “later-in-life” realizations. This can range from connecting to sexual orientation, a new diagnosis with ADHD or autism, or recognizing that the rules you’ve been living by were never actually yours to begin with.
